PBS Utah and IMPACT Magazine are partnering to present Unmuted: Mind. Body. IMPACT., a groundbreaking town hall designed to spark open conversations about health, healing, and community well-being. The evening will begin with a special screening of selected clips from The M Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause, a powerful documentary that explores the realities of menopause and the need for open dialogue around women’s health.
The clips will be followed by a town hall style conversation with Dr. Erica Baiden who will address the physical side of health, from hormones and skin to weight management, sexual health, and aging. Dr. William A. Smith and IMPACT Magazine Publisher Tunisha Brown will address behavioral and mental health during menopause, including stress, anxiety, and depression. And Robin Huling, of Warner Communications, will explore strategies for whole-person wellness, bringing in voices from public health, wellness, and technology.
