Belgian Liege Waffles

Hey! It's Elise and I am so excited to share this decadent and delicious recipe with you! My girlfriends and I get together about once a month for a Girls Night (no kids or husbands allowed) to catch up and to try and solve all the world’s problems while we indulge in yummy treats. Last night we had incredible, melt in your mouth, Belgian Liege Waffles made by my amazing friend Stephanie.

The rest of us brought toppings, including: homemade whipped cream, bananas, real maple syrup, coconut syrup, and pecans! This recipe is perfect for a special occasion like Christmas morning, birthday breakfast, or Girls Night. Enjoy!

  • 2 Tsp. vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Belgium pearl sugar or sugar cubus broken into small pieces

  3. Stir flour and salt in separate bowl, make a well in center
