Missy's Photo Props

Hi! I hope everyone is doing well and having a nice time in school so far. I’m Missy, a guest blogger and artist! While I was in college, I studied photography. I worked in the dark room and learned how to translate those skills to the digital work. I loved taking photos of nature and animals, but a human subject, even myself, was always extra interesting. With these fun photo props, you’ll be able to take silly photos of friends, family, and even selfies. The best part about it is that you can make the props yourself!

Instructions:

1. Use crayons or markers to color each of the printed pages of mouths, glasses, eyes, and facial hair. These will be your props.
2. Use scissors to cut along the dotted lines.
3. Glue each prop to cardstock to make it stronger and cut around the edges. 
4. Turn each prop upside-down and tape a wooden dowel or skewer/stick all the way to the left or right side. 
5. Hold the props in front of your face while a buddy takes your photo. 
6. Be silly and have fun!

Wrap-up:

If you're not in traditional school right now, these fun photos can serve as your “school picture” for the year. With it being such a wild and crazy year, it will be fun to laugh and take a "silly" school photo!
