Governor Gary Herbert announced a new state of emergency declaration for the coronavirus pandemic. He also discussed how every school district is going to be open across the state for back to school. Herbert addressed PPE for teachers and how the mask mandate should be enforced. He also reiterated the importance of every Utahn filling out a census.
