At his monthly conference, Governor Cox addressed making changes to the vaccine distribution plan, focusing on 1st doses. He said the federal government sent out 2nd doses and people are eligible to receive those, but they will become 1st doses if not claimed within 7 days. Cox also said he would've expected higher quality masks for people by now, saying cloth works, but not as well as N95 masks.
