Utah Judge Selects New Congressional Map

With only a few minutes remaining before a midnight deadline on Nov. 10, a Utah judge issued a ruling selecting a new congressional map for the state. Judge Dianna Gibson rejected the map approved by the Utah Legislature last month, instead opting for a map submitted by plaintiffs in the state’s redistricting lawsuit.
