Thanks to everyone that participated in our Peg+Cat giveaway on Facebook by telling us your child’s favorite fall activity. We’ve collected 10 fun ideas from the giveaway, and are sharing them here for your enjoyment:

Embrace worldwide diversity in your home by learning "Hello" & "Goodbye" in a new language or two! There are over 7,000 languages spoken worldwide. A great way for your children to learn about diversity and cultures is to experience the different languages first hand. Even if you already speak more than one language in your home, spend a Saturday learning how to say “hello” and “goodbye” in a new language. It’s a great way for children to become worldwide citizens starting at a young age!

Enjoy another vegetarian recipe from KUED! Enjoy the beginning of fall with fresh produce to make this Summer Tomato Salad for your family! It’s a simple salad that turns a handful of veggies into something delectable.
